This Privacy Policy explains how Ramo Scientific Medical Equipment Trading Co. L.L.C. (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) (referred to as “Ramo Scientific,” “Ramo Trading,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit, contact us, or make a purchase through our websites and online services (the “Services”), including ramotrading.ae and/or ramotrading.com.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through the Services and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service regarding disputes, liability, or arbitration, the Terms of Service will control.

We process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (45) of 2021 Concerning the Protection of Personal Data (“UAE PDPL”), and its implementing regulations/guidance where applicable.

Important note (Free Zones)

If certain processing activities take place within specialized free zones with their own data protection regulations (such as DIFC or ADGM), those regulations may apply to those activities as well.

Platform & Service Providers

Our online store may be hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and process orders. Shopify may process certain information on our behalf as a service provider/processor and may use cookies and similar technologies in connection with merchant storefronts.

We may also use additional service providers (for example, payment processors, shipping carriers, email/communications tools, analytics providers, fraud prevention services, and Shopify applications) to operate the Services.

Email info@ramotrading.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may request identity verification before processing requests, as permitted by law.

Section 13

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us to request deletion.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
